My name is Dr. Shivam Patel
I graduated from Voronezh state medical University, Russia
I got 176 marks in fmge exam



2. What do you think is the correct approach to study for FMGE? Only MCQ's or Theory+MCQ's?

According to me theory with MCQ is the Best approach
Do it topicwise and everyday it will help to build confidence and also memory

3. When should the preparation ideally be started?

Ideally you need 5 months minimum to study all the subjects atleast with MCQ


4.Please list the books you studied for each subject.

I think coaching notes will be enough to clear every subjects
And MCQ books are
Fmge solutions
And lmr if you get from your institute it will be enough to do


5. Have you attempted FMGE previously? If yes, what did you do different this year that lead to your success.

No i have cleared it in first attempt

6. How big is the role of practice and revision while preparing for FMGE and how much time should be dedicated for it?

It depends on how you study.
You must study every day whatever and whichever coaching classes you choose

7. Did you use a time table/study plan to keep your preparation on track?

I just followed what our institute teacher where telling us to do

8. List the most difficult and easiest subjects for you.

I think pharmacology and microbiology is somewhat tough to memorize

9. One mistake that you believe everyone must avoid while preparing for FMGE

Just follow anyone teacher if every teacher says different thing then follow only one of them and ask them what to do
Always keep your mind fresh by getting enough sleep
6-8 hrs sleep must be needed


10. Last tips for upcoming FMGE aspirants.

As early you start preparation that will be the best for you to get clear exam and do maximum revisions atleast 4 revisions of each subject are needed.
