GOOD WAY TO GET SUCCESS ,  IS THE WAY YOU CHOOSE BY YOUR HARDWORK

1.Hello, please tell us something about yourself?

My name is Saurabh Singh and i am passout from Smolensk state medical University, batch of 2018. just now cleared my dec fmge exams with marks 163.

2. What do you think is the correct approach to study for FMGE? Only MCQ's or Theory+MCQ's?

I will say theory+Mcqs bcz solving mcq after theory helps u know which topic u haven't studied properly, nd if u get more Mcqs right, so it also boosts ur self confidence.

3. When should the preparation ideally be started?

students in colleges in their last year's should prepare their basic subjects, and start the preparation as soon as possible as u have 20 subjects to cover.

4.Please list the books you studied for each subject.

Well sir i have mostly studied my classes notes. Fmge Solutions for important topics and LMR which was provided by you in exam month.

5. Have you attempted FMGE previously? If yes, what did you do different this year that lead to your success. 

This was my first attempt of fmge.

6. How big is the role of practice and revision while preparing for FMGE and how much time should be dedicated for it?

Revision is very important especially in exam month. i used to give a 10-15 min read to topics in morning whatever i studied day before. i ll say start revising the syllabus 30-35 days before exam and 2-3 revision of all the subjects is must.

7. Did you use a time table/study plan to keep your preparation on track?

there was no timetable as such, only thing i used to do is finish the topic which we studied in class on the same day itself which helped me alot.

8. List the most difficult and easiest subjects for you??

Ophthalmology, biochem microbiology were the subjects which were tough to remember for me, so in last months i revised dese more.

9. One mistake that you believe everyone must avoid while preparing for FMGE.

Fresher students who r doing class so study their class notes on the same day of class. Avoid using multiple notes for same subject. select one study from there and keep on revising.

10. Last tips for upcoming FMGE aspirants.

Guys, fmge is the exam everyone can crack, only you need to b consistent everyday with ur preparation and second most imp thing of preparation is discussion with friends. Because of discussion with my friends i was able to revise many topics which helped me jn exam. discussion is the thing which u can recall easily in exam.
